Firstly congratulations on your sale. Upon your item selling, you will have been emailed a link to view the buyers contact details. The buyer will also have been sent a link to view your contact information. Make contact with the buyer to arrange payment and pickup/delivery of your item.

2. How can I contact the buyer?

To contact the buyer, either click the link in your sale confirmation email or navigate, via My Listings > Items Sold, to the item they purchased. Press the 'Contact Buyer' button and use either the contact information provided or the contact form.

3. Should I contact the buyer or should I wait until they contact me?

This is entirely your choice, but if you haven't heard from the buyer in a reasonable amount of time it may be of benefit for you make contact.

Item didn't sell

1. My item didn't sell, what do I do now?

There are a number of options if your item hasn't sold:

  • If the auto-relist option was enabled and you have relists remaining, your item will have been automatically entered into our search results.
  • If this is not the case, dependent on your listing type you may have the option to manually relist from My Listings > Unsold Items.
  • You may wish to consider uploading a new listing. Perhaps your photography wasn't of a quality to catch a buyers eye. Could your price be to high in comparison to other similar items.

2. Can I relist my item?

This is dependent on the listing type you chose and how many times you have re-listed this item previously.

3. How can I set my item to auto-relist?

Auto-relist can be enabled on Step 4 of the upload process. This feature is not available on Free listings.
