Search Karolo Listings
Karolo allows you to search via county and your closest major city. All listings are accompanied by the first 3 digits of the sellers postcode to give you a guide to the items location.
You can refine your search in the following ways:
1. Via keyword by entering words/phrases into the search box under the Karolo logo.
2. Via item category and room
3. Via location, condition, price range and auction end date

Bidding on Items
Once you have found an item you wish to bid on, login and bid the maximum amount you are
willing to pay. As other users bid the price will incrementally increase by £1 until your bid is exceeded or the auction concludes. You will receive bid confirmation and notifications regarding the item via email and can track all of your auction activity through ‘My Karolo’.
If you are the highest bidder when the auction ends you will be notified via email of the final sale price and contact details of the seller.
Finally contact the seller to arrange pickup/delivery and payment for the item. Remember to rate the seller, via ‘My Karolo’, after your transaction is complete

After you have won an item
If you are the highest bidder your contact details (name, telephone, mobile and email) will be forwarded to the seller for them to contact you. If the seller does not contact you within a reasonable time period you can email them by clicking on 'Contact Seller' on the item listing. Remember to rate the seller, via ‘My Karolo’, after your transaction is complete.
